We want to work for the socio-economic development of all poor (Female and male) people through education, health, homestead, training including gender discrimination and want to work protect for endangered species.

Goals
he ultimate goal of the organization is to bring change in the socio-economic status of the target people within a schedule time and thus to improve the quality of their lives providing need based necessary support services. So that men and women will be able to lead a better standard of living irrespective of gender, caste, class and health based discrimination. To take initiative to materialize the development of whole people as well as socioeconomic development of the people afflicted with poverty, non development and negligence and working for the welfare of affected endangered species. Overall achieving the ultimate goal through the involvement of all employees of the organization within a schedule timeframe.
Objectives
BASCO Foundation focus on promoting social, environmental and sustainable livelihoods such as poverty reduction, human rights, education, health and social discrimination by empowering marginalized communities, providing direct aid, and work independently with honesty, transparency without influence from government or nongovernment or public.

  • Organizing, management, savings and microcredit activities through women. Training activities for skill development and consciousness rising of women.
  • Poverty alleviation through increased income and production.
  • Women`s development and empowerment through creation of job opportunities.
  • Health (M.C.H), nutrition, environmental sanitation, safe drinking water activities.
  • Women and child rights, human rights, legal aid and good governance.
  • Formal, Non Formal, child education, adult and mass education, medical education.
  • Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries with social development activities.
  • Social forestry, climate change, biodiversity conservation and protection of endangered species.
  • Disaster, rehabilitation and relief activities.
