Dipak Kumar Roy is the Founder and chairman of BASCO Foundation. He obtained honours and master degree with first class in Mathematics from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. He also obtained B.Ed degree under National University. He is a former teacher in Jashore Zilla School, Magura Govt. High School, Morelgonj Govt. Girls High School and Magura Govt. Girls High School. He was former Headmaster (in charge) in Magura Govt. High School, Magura. He is working in many social works and involved in many social work.
