Purpose:

Scope :
- All staffs contracted with the BASCO Foundation.
- BASCO Foundation includes business consultants or advisors; contractors, associates, businessmen and politicians, including commissioners and their representatives as well as other persons who are involved in the work or direction of the organization.
Statement of Policy:

- All staffs are required to read these policies and to designate a contact person for their donation under the following.

Responsibilities of staffs:

- Sexually abusing or degrading any minor physically, mentally or emotionally.
- Protection of recipients, including child labor or trafficking, preventing the use of child labor in commercial comedy.
Protection of adults:
Never engage in activities with BASCO Foundation`s staffs and associated business.
- Sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Sexually, physically or mentally abusing or degrading any minor.
Protection against sexual harassment and public nuisance:
Never engage in activities with BASCO Foundation`s staffs and associated business.
- Sexual intercourse is prohibited in the form of money, work, goods or anything else. For the beneficiaries, the new model of self-sufficiency in the borough is designed to provide the best possible facilities.

Also, the staffs and associated businessmen of BASCO Foundation were prohibited from doing :-
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a framework that prevents violations of the sun protection code and implements sun protection policies.
- Any violation by the staff or associated business of BASCO Foundation shall be reported to the appropriate management or to the appropriate department.
Reporting process:
BASCO Foundation will ensure that all employees/staffs have a safe place to report concerns.
Any person who reports misconduct or misconduct through the whistle blowing (misconduct reporting) channel is subject to the BASCO`s disciplinary action against misconduct.
Response:
BASCO Foundation will follow up on the complaints, grievances and grievances filed in accordance with the policy , procedures and legal and organizational regulations.
